I have a tradition where, if possible, I like to buy a book written by a local author and translated into English in every country I go to. It’s a good way to learn about the culture in each new place.
I was told by a Kosovoan friend that I should be able to find Ismail Kadare novels in English but I’m having trouble finding bookstores in Prizren.
