Question about diaspora in Europe

Whenever I come to Kosovo I see ppl from diaspora with really nice cars. And I’m not talking just regular bmw and Mercedes. I’m talking G wagon, Ferrari, Bugatti etc. I’m not saying they can not afford them but when I talk to them and ask what they do they seem to have ordinary jobs. Now I know some ppl are in illegal trade and what not, but I don’t think that explains everyone. So my question is how? Is it cheap in Europe to get it with a loan, are they renting it or do they just work so they can afford cars like this but don’t have a house they own?Whenever I come to Kosovo I see ppl from diaspora with really nice cars.
