So 1 month ago I finally got my drivers license in Germany. I am 17 though and they give you a temporary drivers license until you turn 18, it’s called ‘‘BF17’’ I think. My driving instructor said that I can only drive in Germany and Austria with this license and that the rest of Europe doesn’t recognize this license so it’s basically invalid. However I was wondering if I can drive in Kosovo. Is driving under supervision of a parent a thing in Kosovo and is the minimum driving age 17 or 18? I couldn’t fínd enough Information on the web.
